Botanist’s Cut Gin

Botanist’s Cut begins with a neutral grain spirit distilled five times for purity, then vapor-infused with twelve carefully sourced botanicals including juniper from the Cascade foothills, lavender from a family farm in Oregon, and wild chamomile gathered at peak bloom. The result is a gin that’s simultaneously classic and unmistakably Northwestern—bright, aromatic, and endlessly versatile.

Crystal clear with delicate legs. The nose blooms with fresh juniper, followed by waves of lavender, chamomile, and lemon zest, underscored by earthy angelica root. On the palate, crisp cucumber and green tea meld with piney juniper and white pepper. The botanicals unfold in layers, revealing coriander and a hint of wild fennel.
