Orchard Pear Brandy

Our Orchard Pear Brandy is an eau de vie in the truest tradition—a transparent celebration of the fruit itself. Made exclusively from heirloom Bartlett pears sourced from a single orchard in the Hood River Valley, each batch requires over 30 pounds of fruit per bottle. The spirit is double-distilled in a copper pot still and bottled unaged to preserve the pear’s ethereal aroma and delicate sweetness. Serve chilled as a digestif or alongside a sharp cheese board.

Crystal clear, almost water-white. The first nosing is revelatory: ripe Bartlett pear leaps from the glass, followed by honeysuckle, white flower, and a faint mineral quality. On the palate, the pear is pure and concentrated, like biting into fruit at its absolute peak. Delicate sweetness balances with a subtle grip of white pepper and green almond. Finishes ethereal and long, with persistent pear essence and a clean, slightly floral fade.
